Dr. Osborne earned her Bachelor of Science in Agriculture and Doctor of Veterinary Medicine at The Ohio State University. Then she built a solo mixed animal practice in rural southeastern Ohio. Pets, farm animals, horses, and even some wildlife and exotics were welcomed. She has been involved with disaster preparedness and response for animals at the local, state and federal level for 14 years. A few years go she studied at the Chi Institute and became certified in Veterinary Acupuncture and Traditional Chinese Veterinary Herbology.
She is interested in the One Health, One Medicine concept as it relates to populations of animals and people globally as well as how it relates to individuals and their own animals. East Africa wildlife and conservation are dear to her heart. Other hobbies include riding horses and hiking.
Her focus at our practice is on pet wellness beyond the prevention and treatment of disease and infirmity in all life stages, from pediatrics to hospice, and enhancing the bond between pets and their people.
